Day 10

Still going strong. Make sure you are drinking your water everyday. Sometimes we can forget that. Make sure your bowels are still eliminating properly and regularly. Workout if you can.

I was doing good all day yesterday and then I fell of the boat last night around 7pm. I don't know what happened because I rarely am hungry and have to make myself eat salad or a soup most of the time...but I totally lost control. I don't even think I was hungry but I stole a slice (ok 2) of my husband's lunch meat (no nitrates, organic) and had it with about 10 triscuits. Luckily, that's all it was and I felt pretty gross (instant headache & congestion) as soon as I ate it. Have always wondered if I'm borderline celiac and made me even more curious after feeling that way with the triscuit. Oh well. Moving on...

Today I'm back on track and doing good. Need to make the detox fajitas before I lose control again. That probably would have prevented it.
I am taking 6 Temple Cleanse every night but still only going once a day...in the morning after breakfast juice. What should I do? Is it because I'm not eating much? I have an avocado and a small bowl (maybe 6oz.) of soup and some spinach (not much) every day. Didn't work out today either, though. Not sure what my problem is. Maybe in the morning!

do you feel empty in the bowel area or do you feel you need to go more? If you need to go more, than increase the amount of temple cleanse. Can also to lemon with temple cleanse will help speed up results. If you feel empty and are ok, then that is fine. Make the fajitas.

I felt empty so I guess it wasn't a problem. I have since started eating more salad with walnuts and an avocado a day. I also did the fajitas and there was a big difference. Am debating going back on juice only for a couple of days. I feel good when I'm empty. But I feel good overall either way and am enjoying the results of the detox thus far.

ok - it is my first day - I am behind a bit. Doing ok - have a bit of a headache. The evening juice is not that great - any suggestions on making it taste a bit better. The celery seems to have taken over the taste. Can I add some fruit. I love the morning juice. It will be hard tomorrow - going to a convention with girl friends. Any suggestions when out and about?

ok - day 2 morning. I feel good, little shakey but I am drinking my juice. I have a problem getting the EFA oil blend down but I downed it and then drank water. That is the only way I can keep it down. I will use it in salads. Can we use pepper in our salads? Going to whole foods soon and getting more stuff. I will post later tonight.

Day 3 for me - not to good of a day. Have a weird headache, I am very tired, and hungry. I am home today (after church) and taking it easy.

day 5 for me - I am still doing juices and got the snacks from the farmacy website. Love the veggie spice. I am going to make some chicken broth soup for lunch with some veggies on it. I wanted to go to sprouts today but that is not going to happen. Not very hungry and feel pretty good. Went yesterday to the center and had 2 therapies done - plus got a massage from a Christmas gift.

Day 6 for me - it going to good. First time I had to juice and go to work - that was way to heckic for my morning routine. I do have the shakes in the morning until I can get the morning juice in me. I am going to have a good salad at lunch today (can't wait). The Bean soup from the farmacy with the veggie spice is very very good and filling.

FYI - Jason's deli is going organic with alot of their foods. I had a awesome salad - all organic (including the dressing - raspberry vigarette). The sliced avacado is not very expensive to add to the salad.

I will be back there tomorrow.

I like Jason's Deli for good salads and soups. Going organic has made it easier for us to eat out. I also like going to Magnolia's Cafe by Best Buy in Lewisville. They make a wonderful Baby Blue Salad, Let me know if you find any other places that make good raw food types of salads. That has been the hard part. Good job Halli. Keep up the good work..

day 7 for me. Did not do my juice this morning and I know I was suppose to juice at lunch, but did not do that. I am going to make my morning juice at night during the week. I will do the juice tonight. Had a homemade soup with great veggies in it. I was good at lunch. I did not touch any of the bad things. It is getting easier. I am snacking on the snacks from farmacy. I walked last night and today I have done 2 miles (this morning) - work promotes it and I will walk another mile this afternoon and then my walk with the dogs tonight. Also - my hot water heater went out and now I found out why there is so much mental in me - it was all rusted (it was gross). So maybe now my body will get rid of that stuff.
One question - no vitamins? Any suggestions on how to get what I am low on into me? Calcuim, D, iron, fish oil?

Day 8 - well did my juice last night for breakfast - that worked out good for when I go to work - only have to do that 4 times a week. I went to Olive Garden for lunch with co-workers and got just ministrone soup and got a headache right after wards. It went away after a couple of hours and I had a grapefruit. I am hungry and will have a veggie juice for dinner to get back on track.

day - ??? - lost track. Woke up with my nose running and sneezing. This weather change kills me. Also - I have the shakes in the morning, until I can get juice in me and about 20 min later I am good - any ideas.

Other than that, going good. I need to come into the center and have a couple of therapies done.

doing good halli, thanks for keeping us posted. i like Olive garden as well for soup and salad...its not organic, but it will still work. Keep on going, symtoms will get better each day.

Saw Dr. Paul Saturday for ex-rays and got some organic fiber/energy bars from her - they are good - did not get the chocolate ones only the cinnanon raisin. I am going to have to get her to bring me more. Got one more week to go and doing pretty good.
