Detox Day 5

Its Day 5 of detox program. Things are going well for me. I hope they are going well for you. The weekend can be hard to stay focused on your diet. So please pay extra attention to your diet over the weekend and try not to get off track. Most of us by now should be feeling better, energy levels should improve, digestive symptoms should be gone (for the most part), you should also be sleeping better. You probably haven't noticed much weight loss yet and that is ok. Your won't notice much weight loss until about day 10-14. At that point you will start seeing more of the weight fall off. So hang in there and stay focused. Leave me a comment or a question. I would love to keep this blog more interactive for everybody.
