21 Day Detox Challenge

It is my first day of detox too! I juice as much as I can but I find that I get way too hungry with just juice so I eat salads too. They are totally raw, vegan salads so it is surprising that they fill me up but they do.
I worked out tonight. 40 minutes of running on the treadmill. It feels really good after imbibing for the past month.

sounds like you did pretty good Danna. Working out is something I encourage everyone to do while they are detoxing. If you are hungry and you can't take the fasting, its ok to eat an apple or an orange just to keep you going. I don't encourage eating, because you will continue to be hungry. Once you get through the first couple of days of fasting most people say they aren't hungry. Most eating is emotional anyways and not really physical.
